WHY IS MY PRICE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT IS POSTED ON THE WEBISTE?
You may be in an area that has a fuel fee added to your price. So if its more than what is posted this is probably why.
SHOULD I TIP MY DRIVER? HOW MUCH IS A GOOD TIP?
YES YES YES!!!!!! Please tip your drivers. They are very appreciated. Our drivers work for tips so they appreciate what they get. A good/decent tip is around $100+. You can always give more or less. Some companies add an automatic 20% of your total. Which is usually a decent tip for your driver.
WHAT ARE THE RULES ON THE BUS?
Most the rules are straight forward. We are pretty laid back. If you are respectful to us and our property we shouldn't have many issues. One rule we have is the rear emergency exit is an exit only. So please do not improperly use it. And no throwing things out the windows or on the bus. Please use the trash cans provided.
WHAT IS THE MUSIC SITUATION?
ALL buses have a provided auxiliary cord on them. We no longer provide the adapters for the newer IPhones or Motorola phones. So please bring them.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP THE THINGS LEFT ON THE BUS? AND CAN YOU SHIP IT TO ME?
If your items were left on a bus that took place on Friday night it may be possible to pick it up on Saturday. Please all before making the trip. To be sure someone can meet you.If your bus happened on Saturday. PLEASE CALL ON MONDAY!!!!!! We are closed on Sunday and will NOT return or meet at the bus for you to pick up your items. We are CLOSED. And no we will not ship items that have been left. We did in the past and something was lost in the mail. We were accused of stealing the items. So we no longer ship lost items. Everything not picked up within 1 week of your event will be tossed.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
CANCELLATION POLICY: . The booking fee will go towards the total if you keep the bus booked. If you cancel and give us at least 4 weeks notice your card will not be charged. If you cancel within the 4 weeks before your event your card WILL be charged the full amount quoted for the bus. If your bus rebooks to someone else the amount will be refunded minus the booking fee. If you cancel the week of your event you are responsible for the ENTIRE amount of the booking! The booking fee is non refundable and non transferable to a different date. No exceptions!
